History

When 3C New York, Inc. opened for business in 1996, its main focus was on preparing high-level European managers and executives for their assignments in the US as well as on preparing American business professionals for leadership positions in Germany and elsewhere in the EU. As the trend toward transatlantic collaboration, multinational projects, cross-national mergers and acquisitions gained momentum, the demand for special services dedicated to the integration of diverse corporate cultures on various levels increased. 3C New York anticipated this development and expanded its portfolio accordingly.

Today, 3C New York, Inc. provides US-based and foreign organizations with guidance and support in business development, partnering, relocation, corporate and political communications, corporate identity and media consulting as well as public relations. Cross-culture consulting services addressing all areas of intercultural cooperation complete the spectrum. Tom Ernsing continues to specialize in intercultural communications workshops and executive coaching.
